Life Coaching is a process of taking a person from where they are, to a place they want to be. It is about evolving as a person, to achieve goals and dreams. Coaches work with clients that are living functional lives and move them to an optimal level. Sometimes, clients are stuck in a dysfunctional thought process and the coach will ask powerful questions to help the client see clearly, holding the client accountable for new goals and actions. Coaching can be powerful. Coaches can create subtle shifts in beliefs that are limiting the clients potential. The process of self-evaluation, breaking down those irrational thoughts, and being true to what we are capable of is enlightening and rewarding. This journey toward change is directed by the client, and supported by the coach. Coaching can cut the learning curve for your own development.
